摘　　要：分析了排污总量收费对企业经济和环保方面的影响,介绍了在降低排污费支出方面所采取的环保管理和污染防治对策。The influences of blow-down charging in total on the aspect of economy and environment for enterprises were analyzed. Some measures on environmental management and pollution prevention and cure aimed on blow-down charge reduction were introduced.
