摘　　要：本文运用可靠性失效树分析原理,分析了工艺操作中的基本不良因素及造成的产品失效概率和可靠度,为工序质量管理及时提供依据。同时指出失效树是一种简便实用的分析方法。The principle of reliability analysis of fault tree was used to analyze the basic harmful factors in the production processes and subsequent probability of failure and degree of raliability of the products,providing in time consideration for the quality control in the process. This was simple and practical analytical method.
