活化天然二氧化锰的可充性研究

摘  要:本文用循环伏安法研究了一种活化天然二氧化锰的可充电性,同时与相应的天然二氧化锰和电解二氧化锰进行了比较。在前十次循环中,活化天然二氧化锰的二电子放电容量从54.5%逐渐增加至63.8%,随后在实验的循环次数范围内,放电容量保持不变;电解二氧化锰在前十次循环中放电容量从72.5%逐渐下降至25.3%。与天然二氧化锰比较,活化天然二氧化锰的一些物理化学性能得到很大程度的改善而接近电解二氧化锰的水平。The rechargeability of an activated natural manganese dioxide (ANMD)prepared by treating natural manganese dioxide (NMD) was investigated using cycle voltammetry. The utility of the ANMD in two electron discharge increased from 54. 4% to 63. 8% during the first ten cycles and kept unchanging after 50 cycles. But that of an electrolytic manganese dioxide(EMD)decreased from 72. 5% to 25. 3% during the first ten cycles. The ANMD had higher MnO2 content,lower AC impedances,higher circuit open potential and higher utility than NMD and in some other performances it was nearly as EMD. The results showed that the ANMD was most suitable to be used as the active material of rechargeable alkaline zinc manganese dioxide battery.
