摘  要:指出了DRI隧道窑的特点:在还原过程中产生可燃气体;冷却带应防止海绵铁氧化;还原高温带较长,占总长度的50%以上.根据生产实践所获得的经验,提出了较为合理的改进型DRI隧道窑的设计,如预热带设置气幕、高温带实施二次鼓风、烧煤粉取代烧煤块、冷热带强化间接冷却、窑侧墙下部架空、余热利用、适当提高投资以改善技术经济指标和环境条件等技术策略和措施.The tunnel furnace for making DRI has the characters as follows:producingcombustible gas during reduction, more attention should be paid to prevent DRI reoxidationin cooling zone, the high temperature reduction zone is longer,about 50% of the total length. Accoding to the knowledge gained from practical operation, the more reasonable improvedtunnel furnace for producing DRI was proposed. Some technical strategies and measureswere appointed, like as setting up gas curtains in pre-heating zone;enforcing post-blastin high temperature zone;burning coal powder rather than coal lump;enhancing indirectcooling in cooling zone;overheating the lower of the side wall;utilizing wast heat;raisinginvest properly so as to improve technical economic index and environmental conditions,andetc.
