柔性石墨波齿复合垫片的常温性能研究

摘　　要：本文论述分析了波齿复合垫片的常温力学性能和密封性能试验研究。研究表明，波齿复合垫片具有良好的压缩回弹性能和密封性能；在试验的基础上得出了密封试验曲线及其关系方程式，可作为该种垫片密封设计的重要依据；因石墨纸与金属波齿的结合是采用粘贴方式，波谷内未能充实柔性石墨，因此反映出垫片初始压紧阶段的承载能力低，故建议垫片出厂前应进行预压缩。The test results of mechanical and sealing performance at room temperature of flexible graphite gaskets reinforced by corrugated metal sheet are discussed and analyzed. The investigation indicates mat this sort of gasket has well compressibility, resilience and sealing behavior. The sealing experimental curve and equation was attained on these experiments, which are important sealing design reference of this gasket. Because the flexible graphite sheet and corrugated metal sheet was pasted together, the graphite was not plenum in wave hollow. So the gasket has low supportability during its initialize impacting stage and we suggested that the gasket should be compressed in advance before leave factory.
