摘　　要：目的 :长程观察输卵管切除术对卵巢功能的影响。方法 :选择因异位妊娠切除一侧输卵管的患者 6 0例作为观察组 ,对其行 IVF- ET术中超排卵治疗卵巢反应性作分析 ,同期因男方少弱精症行 ICSI助孕的患者 6 0例为对照组。结果 :两组超排卵效果的比较 :促性腺激素的用量、用药天数、内膜厚度、卵泡数、取卵数、妊娠率差异均无显著性。术后时间对超排卵效果的影响 :观察组中术后 <2 a组和≥ 2 a组上述指标差异无显著性 ,但≥ 2 a组术侧卵巢卵泡数及取卵数明显少于健侧卵巢。结论 :输卵管切除术对术侧卵巢的功能有一定影响 ,且随着时间的延长 ,术侧卵巢功能下降 ,储备能力降低。但这种影响是一慢性过程 ,经 2Objective:To observe the effect of salpingectomy on the ovary function. Methods:Ovarian response to superovulation was evaluated in 60 women receiving IVF-ET treatment who previously had undergone unilateral salpingectomy due to ectopic pregnancy (observation group). Sixty patients undergoing ICSI because of male infertility served as controls (control group). Results:There were no significant differences in the dosage and time of HCG administration, thickness of tunica intima, number of follicles, retrieved oocytes and pregnancy rates between two groups. In observation group, the ovary on the operated side after 2 years developed fewer follicles and oocytes, but postoperative time had no influence on other parameters. Conclusions:Salpingectomy has a little detrimental effect on the ovarian performance 2 years postoperatively, which presents the reduction of the ipsilateral ovary function and reservation capacity.
