鱼腥草雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价鱼腥草雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效 ,探讨新的治疗用药。方法 :80例哮喘患儿随机分为常规治疗组和鱼腥草雾化吸入辅助治疗组 ,通过两组临床改善率和临床症状缓解 /消失天数的比较确定疗效。采用Wilcoxon两样本比较法和配对t检验进行统计学分析。结果 :鱼腥草雾化吸入辅助治疗组的疗效优于常规治疗组。结论 :鱼腥草注射液雾化吸入可提高小儿支气管哮喘治疗的有效率 ,缩短病程 ,减少住院时间 ,是一种安全有效的的辅助治疗方法。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of inhalation of cordate houttuynia injection for assistant treating in asthmatic children. Method:80 cases of asthmatic children were randomly divided into control group (routine treatment group) and treatment group (inhalation of cordate houttuynia injection group). The following parametres were evaluated:respiratory systems:dyspnoea、gasping、cough、 wheeze;Length of stay. Wilcoxon test for independent two samples and t test were used in statistic analysis. Result:The efficacy of inhalation of cordate houttuynia injection group is better than routine treatment group. Conclusion:Inhalation of cordate houttuynia injection can increase the therapeutic effective rate, shorten the progress and reduce the length of stay. It is an effective and safe assistant treatment.
