异丙酚联合米非司酮用于无痛人工流产术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察异丙酚联合米非司酮应用于无痛人工流产术的临床效果。方法　将异丙酚 (或联合米非司酮 )静脉麻醉应用于无痛人工流产 ,并与一般人工流产手术进行对比 ,观察镇痛效果、手术时间、用药量、术中出血量及人工流产综合征发生率等。结果　异丙酚联合米非司酮应用于无痛人工流产 ,镇痛率10 0 % ,手术时间缩短、宫颈充分软化率高 ,术中用药少 ,人工流产综合征发生率低 ,术中出血量无明显增加。结论　异丙酚联合米非司酮应用于无痛人工流产 ,具有效果好 ,副作用小等优点 。Objective To observe the clinical effect of disoprofol combined with mifepristone on analgesia artificial abortion.Methods Analgesia effect, operation duration, dosage of analgesia, bleeding volume during operation and abortion syndrome incidence were compared between the analgesia patients who were given disoprofol(or combined with mifepristone) intravenousely and normal abortion patients. Results The effect of analgesia artificial abortion using disoprofol combined with mifepristone was 100%. Operation duration was shortened and the dosage decreased. The incidence of abortion syndrome was lower. The bleeding volume was not remarkably increased. Conclusion Analgesia artificial abortion technique by use of disoprofol combined with mifepristone is safe and effective,with fewer side effects.
