摘　　要：江苏沙河抽水蓄能电站2号机组在调试过程中曾出现上导瓦烧损事故。经与法方技术人员共同分析,认为主要是由冷热油循环不充分引起,因而从加强油循环和提高油位两方面入手,提出并采取了切实可行的处理方案,取得了良好效果。The upper guide bearing pads of unit 2 in Jiangsu Shahe Pumped-storage Power Plant had been burned to damage during commissioning period. Through the analysis with the French technical personnel, we considered it was mainly caused by the poor circulation between cool and hot oil. As a result we started with strengthening the circulation and raising the oil level, A feasible treatment scheme was proposed and adopted and a good effectiveness has been gained.
