摘 要:目的观察僵蚕对内毒素所致红细胞膜损伤的抑制作用。方法以内毒素 (ET)损伤红细胞膜 ,观察不同浓度的僵蚕液对血浆游离血红蛋白 (PHb)含量的影响。结果 3个不同浓度的僵蚕液对内毒素所致全血溶血具有明显的对抗作用 ,PHb含量明显低于内毒素组 (P <0 .0 1 )。Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of Batryticarted Silkworm on the damage to erythrocyte membrane induced by endotoxin.Methods Endotoxin was used to induce damage to erythrocyte membrane at first.Then, the extracting solution of Batryticarted Silkworm was taken to intervene this damaging effect and the content of the solo hemoglobin in plasma (PHb) was determined to evaluate the inhibitory effect of Batryticarted Silkworm on this damage to erythrocyte membrane.Results The extracting solution of Batrytticarted Silkworm in 3 different concentrations showed significant inhibitory effect on the hemolysis induced by endotoxin, with the PHb content significantly lower than that in the endotoxin group (P< 0.01 ).Conclusion Batryticarted Silkworm holds significant protecting effect on erythrocyte menbrane.
