真空断路器在额定电流下开断的电寿命试验研究

摘　　要：本文根据真空电弧电压的特性,研究了真空断路器额定电压下和降低电压下的电寿命试验的等价性,并进行了超过1000次的降低电压下(364V/630A)的电寿命试验与在额定电压下(10kV/630A)的电寿命试验的对比分析,认为在降低电压下的电寿命试验能做到符合等价性的要求。By focusing on the characteristics of vacuum arc voltage, the equivalence of electric endurance (life) test of vacuum circuit breaker between the rated voltage and the reduced voltage is studied in this poper. Furthermore, over ton thousand times of tests under the reduced voltage electric endurance(364V/630A) have been performed.Compering with the test run under the rated voltage(10kV/630A), the endurance of vacuum circuit breaker under the reduced voltage matched the requirement of the equivalence.
