摘　　要：目的　介绍一种克氏针与钢丝组合治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的方法 ,并评价其临床效果。方法　 6 4例髌骨粉碎性骨折均用钢丝与克氏针组合固定治疗 ,其中 5例有皮肤软组织缺损者 ,行带血管蒂皮瓣转移或局部推移皮瓣转移修复。结果　术后随访 1～ 8年 (平均 17个月 ) ,6 4例患者伤口均一期愈合 ,骨折愈合时间 6～ 14周 ,平均 7周。综合评价 :优 4 0例 ,良 19例 ,可 5例 ,总优良率 90 2 %。结论　克氏针与钢丝组合治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折 ,适应证广 ,固定牢靠 ,操作简便 ,疗效满意。Objective To introduce a new method of internal fixation for comminuted patellar fracture, and evaluate the clinical effect. Methods 64 patients with comminuted patellar fracture were treated with the combination of Kirschner wires and stainless steel wires fixation. 5 cases of skin and soft tissue defect were repaired with vascularized skin flap or local skin flap. Results All were followed up for an average of 17 months (range 1～8 years) . All wounds healed in one stage with a fracture union rate of 100% within 6～14 weeks, 7 on average. The results were excellent in 40, good in 19 and fair in 5. The excellent and good rate was 90.2%. Conclusion This method has advantages of more indications, rigid fixation, easy manipulation and satisfactory result so it is a good way to treat comminuted fracture of patella.
