108例体外反搏前后对血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察体外反搏对血糖的影响。方法 :对 10 8例病人在进行单次体外反搏治疗前后进行血糖监测。结果 :10 8例病人体外反搏前血糖为 7.2 9± 3.2mmoI L ,体外反搏后血糖为 6 .11± 2 .4 0mmoI L ,经统计学处理P<0 .0 1。无论是糖尿病患者 ,还是非糖尿病患者 ,反搏后血糖均较反搏前血糖降低 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :提示体外反搏对糖尿病和非糖病患者均有一定降低血糖的作用。Objective: To observe the effect of external counterpulsation on blood sugar. Method: The blood sugar in 108 patients was measured before and after external counterpulsation. Result: The blood sugar is 7.29±3.2mmol/L before external counterpulsation, but after that it changes to 6.11±2.40mmol/L, P<0.01. Whether the patients suffer from diabetic or not, their blood sugar decreases after external counterpulsation, P<0.01. Conclusion: External counterpulsation reduces blood sugar no matter whether the patient is diabetic or not.
