硼镁石粉灭螺现场土壤砷含量的测定及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的　为了合理地应用硼镁石粉杀螺 ,对其安全性进行评价 ,特别是对灭螺现场土壤砷含量进行评价。方法　采用我国推荐的土壤卫生标准测定方法——“二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银法”(Ag DDTC法 )对实验土壤中的砷含量进行测定。结果　该方法的稳定性和精确性均较好 ,18个灭螺现场土壤样品砷含量均低于国家土壤卫生标准的要求。但是 ,用药土壤的砷含量比对照土壤样品含量高约 2 .81m g/ kg,差异有显著性。Objective To evaluate the safety of magnesium borate ore powder (MBOP) as a molluscicide, especially for the arsenic content in the soil samples from the fields used MBOP over more than one year. Method The arsenic in the soil samples was assayed by using the AgDDTC method recommended by the government. Result In all of the soil samples, the arsenic contents did not exceed the national health criterion. However, the arsenic in the MBOP treated soil samples was higher than that in the control one′s. Conclusion The application of MBOP as a molluscicide in the fields does cause some side effects on the environment.
