摘　　要：本文叙述:采用CMOS数字集成电路组装的多功能点焊控制器,使控制灵活,精度高,点焊机能输出多种焊接电流波形,开拓了点焊工艺的应用领域。本文着重介绍了程序转换、数字预置计数和焊接时能输出缓升电流等主要电路和控制原理。The multiple function spot welding control unit with digital intergrated circuit COMOS has high control accuracy, can out put multiple welding current waves and enlarge the application of spot welding process. The principle of control circuit process converter, digital set up and out put current-slow -rise are introduced in this paper.
