特应性皮炎患儿血清IL-18、sFas和sFasL测定的意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨IL -18、sFas和sFasL在特应性皮炎 (AD)发生发展中的作用。方法　采用固相酶联免疫分析 (ELISA)法检测 62例AD患儿和 2 5例正常儿童血清中IL -18、sFas和sFasL的含量。结果　AD患儿血清中的IL -18、sFas和sFasL水平与正常对照组比较有明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,且AD患儿血清中的IL -18增高与sFas水平增高呈正相关 (r =0 .472 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论　IL -18、sFas与sFasL均参与AD免疫发病过程 ,IL -18、sFas的血清水平检测有助于了解疾病的活动性、判断病情及监测治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of IL-18,sFas and sFasL in patient with atopic dermatitis(AD). Methods Serum levels of IL-18, sFas and sFasL in 62 children with AD and 25 normal children were measured by enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA).Results IL-18、 sFas and sFasL in children with AD were increased significantly when compared to that of normal controls (P<0.01).The step-up of IL-18 in AD was positive correlation with sFas(r=0.472,P<0.01).Conclusion IL-18、 sFas and sFasL may be involved in the Immunopathogenesis of AD. Measuring the Serum levels of IL-18, sFas and sFasL may be useful in evaluating the activity, the clinical pattern, and the monitoring the clinical effect of AD therapy.
