摘　　要：介绍了氨纶包芯纱的纺纱机构、牵伸机构以及工艺设计 ,纺制氨纶包芯纱时 ,氨纶长丝的细度和预牵伸倍数是重要的两项参数 ,应根据织物用途合理选配 ,同时对氨纶包芯纱的试验方法也作了探讨。要纺制高质量的氨纶包芯纱其操作方法也极为重要。Spinning mechanism, drawing mechanism and technology design are introduced. When spinning polyurethane corn-spun yarn, fineness of polyurethane fiber and pre-draw multiple are two important parameters that should select and set reasonably according to fabric usages. And same time, the test method of polyurethane corn-spun yarn is also discussed. The operation method is also important to spinning corn-spun yarn of high quality polyurethane.
