棉纤维长度整齐度与成纱质量的关系

摘　　要：介绍了棉纤维长度整齐度的有关概念、指标和乌斯特公司关于棉纤维长度整齐度的评定标准 ,并对不同长度整齐度的配棉进行了纺纱试验对比。试验结果表明 ,棉纤维长度整齐度对成纱质量的影响较大 ,生产中配棉时必须注意棉纤维的长度整齐度这一指标 ,应根据企业纺纱品种的用途和实际纺纱质量水平 ,由长期的实践积累经验来确定。Relative conceptions and indexes of cotton fiber length regularity are introduced, assessment criterions of Uster Company about cotton fiber length regularity are also introduced, and cotton assorting of differ length regularity are taken spinning test and contrast. Test results show that cotton fiber length regularity has a big influence on yarn forming quality,the index of cotton fiber length regularity should be taken notice during cotton assorting of product. According to locating of enterprise spinning variety and effect of actual spinning, the index of cotton fiber length regularity are ascertained based on a long term of accumulation practical experiences.
