摘　　要：资产证券化是近30年来世界金融领域重大的创新之一。该文借鉴国外的实践经验,结合我国国情,主要从资产证券化的基本思路、证券化的操作流程设计和相关的设计三个方面阐述了我国资产证券化的发展构想。Asset securitization is one of the important finance innovation in the financial circle of the world in the past thirty years. In this panar,combined the esperience of other countries with the condition of China,the conception of asset securitization of China is espounded from three aspects the basic idea,the operation sequence and related security.
