长环蒸化箱的新型挂布杆

摘　　要：阐述了长环蒸化箱的成环原理。为提高生产速度 ,在箱内挂布杆上镶嵌了硅胶条和钢针 ,使挂布环长度达到 4.5m。经实践 ,不但大大提高蒸化箱生产速度 ,而且对织物无不良影响。The mechanism of loop forming of loop steamer was described. In order to speed up the production velocity, silica gel and wire needle should be inset on cloth guide rod, and therefore the length of cloth guide loop reached 4.5 meters. Through practice, the production velocity of loop steamer can be increased without damage to the fabrics.
