摘　　要：本文分析了我国图书馆界人才结构的现状 ,指出了目前图书馆建立职业资格证书制度的良好环境 。This paper analyzed the present conditions of the talented person structure of the library scope in our country.It pointed out the good environments to establish the system of the occupational qualification certificate now in the library and its expectable sufficiency.
