摘　　要：中小型高校合并后图书馆建设应根据其特点进行重新定位 ,建立学校文献信息管理中心 ,实行统一的图书馆自动化管理系统 ,重溯文献信息数据体系 ,开拓公平、公正的激励机制 ,从而使合并后的图书馆管理科学化。Library construction after the merge of colleges should be implemented according to the situation of the colleges i e to do reorganization,to establish the management center of information of the newly established university,to realize the unified automatic library management,to reconstruct datd and information system as well as the equal and just competitive system.in order to rationalize and remold the library management after the merge and to supply the Net-work service.
