摘 要:介绍了用含银氧化锰矿代替软锰矿作氧化剂 ,对高锰硫化银精矿进行了预处理 ,使锰的脱除率达到99.0 9%。同时 ,硫化矿及氧化矿的银相都得到充分解离 ,预处理后的氧化渣用FeCl3 -HCl-CaCl2 水溶液作浸银剂 ,银浸出率≥ 97.0 0 % ;银、锰及铅的总回收率分别达到 96 .385 %、88.93%和 80 .88% ,防止了硫、砷、铅等对环境的污染。Silver-containing manganese oxide ore was used in stead of pyrolusite as the oxidizer in the pretreatment of high maganese silver sulfide concentrate. As a result, the removal rate of maganese reached 99.09%. Meanwhile, silver phase in both sulfide and oxide ores were fully liberated. The pretreated oxide residue was leached with FeCl 3-HCl-CaCl 2 aqueous solution as the silver leaching agent, with the silver leaching rate being greater than or equal to 97% and the total recoveries for silver, manganese and lead being 96.38%, 88.93% and 80.88% respectively, preventing the pollution of sulfur, arsenic and lead to the environment.
