摘　　要：美式资本主义制度理性的核心是崇尚与遵循个体实用理性,20世纪90年代以来,它在客观现实中导致了美国新经济及世界经济全球化的种种新成就及新危机,从而揭示了个体实用理性的双刃剑经济功能,这对中国完善社会主义市场经济体制有着重要借鉴意义。The core of the American-type Capitalist System Ratioanalism is to advocate and follow the individual pragmatic rationalism. Since 1990s, it has led to, in objective reality, all kinds of new achievements and new crisis in American new economy and the world economic globalization, thereby revealing the two-edged economic function of the individual pragmatic rationalism, which has significance for China to improve and perfect the socialist market economic system.
