摘　　要：中国当代社区建设是中国居民打破旧体制的羁绊 ,及自然、半自然经济的桎梏 ,培养和重塑自我组织、自我管理、自我服务意识与能力的过程。这是中国居民的再社会化过程 :程对于城镇居民来说 ,是从“体制人”到“市场人”的转变 ;对于乡村居民来说 ,是从“自然人”到“市场人”转变。Today's China'a community coustruction is just the process of Chinese residents in which they break the fetters of the old system as well as the shackles of nature and seminature economy, and cultivate and rebuild the sense and capacity of their self-organization, self-management and self-service. For town residents, this process is the change from system persons to market persons, and for village residents, it is the resocialization process of Chinese residents from natural persons to market persons.
