新城疫快速诊断试纸条的研制及初步应用

摘　　要：以红色胶体金标记鸡新城疫 (ND)抗体 ,兔抗鸡ND抗体和兔抗鸡二抗包被于硝酸纤维素膜上 ,研制出快速诊断鸡新城疫的免疫层析测试条。将试纸条插入样品中 [1],利用滤膜的层析作用 ,使加在膜一端的样品 ,向另一端移动 ,在移动过程中抗原与抗体发生反应 ,产生肉眼可见的红色条带。该法具有操作简便、快速准确、特异性强、重复性好 ,无需任何仪器设备等特点 。Chicken's ND antibody was labeled by red colloidal gold,the rabbit anti ND antibody and rabbit-anˉti-chicken antibody were fixed on nitrocellulose membrane and immunochromatography testing strip was manufactured for ND diagnosis.The testing strip was put into the sample,and the sample moved from one end to the other end by the effect of membrane.During the course of moving the antigen and antibody reacted and a red strip occurred.This method was convenient,rapid and accurate.With high specificity,and good repetition,and without using any instruˉment,it was of great significance in the diagnosis and prevention of ND.
