辽西北区域经济发展战略分析

摘　　要：辽西北经济区是辽宁经济比较落后的区域,非农业人口比重高,其中一些资源型城市已经面临资源枯竭的危险,辽西北经济的发展是关系辽宁省全面建设小康社会和振兴东北老工业基地的重点。在辽西北经济发展战略选择中,通过产业结构调整和以人为本的技术引进及更新,优化资源配置。The economic zone of Northwest Liaoning is an economically less developed area, which has a predominance of agricultural population and in which some resource cities have been confronted with the danger of exhaustion of natural resources. Development of the Northwest Liaoning's economy is a key to overall building a Xiaokang society and vitalizing the traditional industrial base of the Northeast in Liaoning province. Of all the strategic choices for economic development of the Northwest Liaoning, expanding the border of production possibility as a developmental strategy of regional economy by readjustment of structure of production, introduction of technology on the basis of humanism and optimization of resources distribution is the best for the economic development of Northwest Liaoning.
