摘　　要：通过对加热炉排烟系统改造,将加热段、均热段排烟系统进行分段独立控制,解决了炉压超高问题,同时对均热段蓄热室排烟温度超高、加热段炉温偏低等问题起到有效控制。Through modifying waste gas exhausting system and conducting segmental, independent control over waste gas exhausting system of heating zone, soaking zone of furnace, the problem about too high pressure of furnace was solved. At the same time some problems such as the temperature of waste gas in the regenerative chamber of soaking zone is too high, the temperature of furnace in heating zone is low, etc. are adjusted effectively.
