摘　　要：上海产权市场为科技投融资体制改革带来了四大变化:科技投融资对象复合化、虚拟化,科技投融资样式产权化、资本化,科技投融资主体多元化、民营化,科技投融资交易方式市场化、多样化。Shanghai property right market has brought about four main changes in the reform of the technological investment and financing system. They are the synthesizing and virtualizing of the targets, the property rights and capital-oriented modes, the pluralizing and private owned operation of the subjects, and the market oriented and multi-patterns of the transaction methods of the technological investment and financing.
