摘　　要：管理技术水平的提高推动着经济的增长。依据古典生产函数模型和管理的经济学意义 ,建立了可测量管理在经济增长中作用的扩展的生产函数模型 ,并依此对黑龙江省情况进行了实证分析 。The development of management contributes to the economic growth. Based on the model of classical production function and the economic meaning of management, this article construct a model of extend production function which can measure the effect of management in the economic growth, and conduct empirical analysis of Heilongjiang province, thus, pinpointing the existing problem and countermeasure.
