摘　　要：“非典”后健康已成为人们最敏感的问题 ,而体育与健康又是紧密相联系的。抓住这一契机 ,对咸宁学院学生健康意识与体育行为进行了调查与分析。调查表明 ,目前大学生的健康意识呈多维的表现形式 ,参加体育活动的人数呈直线上升的趋势。Health has become the most sensitive question after the attack of SARS.As physical training and health are closely related,we catch the chance making an investigation and analysis of health consciousness of present students is muti-dimension,the number of physical training attendants is going up steadily.In this article,there are some analysis and demonstration.We also make some suggestions,in the hope that it will do good to the healthy growing of college students.
