优质杂交油菜贵杂4号的选育及其配套栽培技术

摘　　要：利用隐性核不育系 2 0 1A与优质油菜贵油七号选系贵 7 5进行测配 ,得到强优势组合贵杂 98 3。在 1 998～ 2 0 0 0年贵州省杂交油菜区试中 ,平均产量分别为 1 2 9.7kg/6 6 7m2 和 1 6 6 .6kg/6 6 7m2 ,比对照油研七号增产 1 5 .2 %和 6 .1 1 % ,最高产量分别为1 93.3kg/6 6 7m2 和 2 1 2 .33kg/6 6 7m2 。在 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 1年贵州省杂交油菜生产试验中 ,平均产量 1 2 8.97kg/6 6 7m2 ,比对照油研七号增产 8.1 5 % ,最高产量达 1 6 4kg/6 6 7m2 ,比对照增产 1 3.49%。抽样品质分析结果 ,芥酸含量 1 .42 % ,硫甙含量 1 0 .3μmol/g ,含油量39 .2 %。 2 0 0 2年通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定 ,定名为贵杂 4号。该品种具有产量高、品质好、熟期适中、抗性较好等特点 。Guiza 4, a good quality hybrid rape variety combined from the recessive GMS line 201A × Gui 7-5,was released by Guizhou Committee of Crops Variety Examination in 2002.The average yields in regional test were 1945.5kg/ha, and 2499kg/ha (during) 1998～2000, increased by 15.2% and 6.11% than CK(Youyan 7), and the peak yields were 2899.5kg/ha and 3184.95kg/ha respectively. In production test of hybrid rape in 2000～2001, its average yield reached 1934.55kg/ha, increased by 8.15% than CK, and the peak yield up to 2460kg/ha, increased by 13.49% than CK.The contents of erucic, glucosinolate and oil are (1.42%), (10.3μmol/g) and 39.2% separately. Guiza 4 is suitably planted in rape production areas of Guizhou province and other (relative) (ecological) areas.
