摘 要:研究了不同施氮水平对烤烟不同生育期的土壤供氮状况及烟叶含氮化合物的影响。结果表明 :施用无机氮肥对大幅度提高 2 0cm土壤中NH+ 4 N、NO-3 N和无机总氮的浓度只能维持较短时间 ;40cm土壤中NH+ 4 N、NO-3 N和无机总氮的浓度受施氮量的影响较小 ;增施无机氮肥对上部叶烟碱、总氮。The state of nitrogen supply from soil in different growth stage of flue-cured tobacco and its influence on nitrogenous compounds of tobacco leaves were studied. The results showed that the application of inorganic nitrogen fertilizer could raise the (content) of NH^+_(4)-N, NO^-_(3)-N and inorganic total nitrogen in 20 cm soil layer only for a short time; the content of NH^+_(4)-N, NO^-_(3)-N and inorganic total nitrogen in 40 cm soil layer was affected slightly by nitrogen fertilizer; the content of nicotine, total nitrogen and (protein) of upper leaves was promoted with increase of inorganic nitrogen fertilizer.
