摘　　要：该文从土地退化、水土流失、农业基础设施等方面对晋西黄土区生态环境现状进行了分析,指出了制约区域经济社会可持续发展的因素,从理论上分析了区域林草植被恢复的前景,提出了实现可持续发展的主要对策及退耕还林的主要模式。The article analyzes the present ecology situation about west Shanix loess hills in many aspects including land degradation,water and soil loss and the weak basic facilities of agriculture etc,and points out the factors that restrict the sustainable development of regional social economy, and analyzes the prospects that the vegetation of forestry and grass will be restored theoretically,also puts forwards main countermeasures of sustainable development and major examples of returning farmland to forest.
