摘　　要：借鉴世界有关国家生态城市建设的基本经验和世界银行环境局提出的政策矩阵,探索我国生态城市的发展途径,提出政府、企业、公众三位一体,形成生态城市建设合力的政策建议。Drawing both on the common experience of other ecological cities in the world and on the policy matrix by the environment bureau of the World Bank, this paper discusses ways of developing ecological cities in our country and puts forward the notion of unifying government, enterprise and pubic as a trinity and makes some suggestions on the policy of integrative construction for ecological cities.
