摘　　要：本文介绍了一种脉宽调制逆变电路仿真计算程序。它应用变步长稀疏计算技术,对PWM逆变器进行了高速、精确的模拟,并结合谐波分析计算,对400Hz单向逆变器最佳化输出进行了仿真分析研究,给出总失真度与死区时间和载波频率的关系曲线以及实验验证结果。同时该仿真程序还适用于其它脉宽调制电路,具有一定的通用性。This paper describes a computer modelling program which simulates the circuit of PWM (pulse width modulated) inverter. With variable step and sparse matrix calculating techniques, the dead time pre-setted PWM inverter can be simulated with high speed and high accuracy. Employed with harmonic analysis, the computer aided analysis of optimum output of 400Hz single phase PWM inverter draws out the relation curve of THD (total harmonic distortion)-Td (dead time) and THD-Fc (frequency of carriers) which is demonstrated by the experimental results. Also, provided with validity of simulating general power electronic circuit, this program is available to calculate other PWM circuits.
