摘  要:经济改革体制、产业结构调整引发国企职工下岗,由此产生下岗人群再就业的特殊问题,即将转变为市场化的体制下失业人群再就业的普遍问题。本文根据西部地区的调查资料,运用社会性别分析框架,从能力与脆弱性、社会制度和社会政策三个方面,定量分析再就业过程中在就业意愿、途径、社会支持和就业资源的获取机会等方面的性别差异,最后提出改进的政策建议。The reform of the economic system and the readjustment of the industuial structure have caused the laying off of many workers from stateowned enterprises, and, consequently, giving rise to the problem of reemployment for the laid-offs-a specific problem which will soon become a universal problem of reemployment for the unemployed under the market system. Based on data from investigations conducted in the western region and using gender analysis this essay, from the three aspects of competence and fragility, the social relations system and social policies, gives a quantitative analysis of the gender differences in the course of reemployment in such questions as employment intention and channels, social support and the opportunities of employment resources acquisition-complete with suggestions for improvement in terms of policy.
