关于近代北京文化史研究的几个问题

摘　　要：清华大学教授刘桂生先生一直关心北京文化的研究工作。日前应本刊之邀 ,他就北京文化研究如何创新等问题 ,谈了自己的一些看法 ,并对本刊提出了中肯的建议。刘先生所谈内容的特点在于透过具体的史实来分析北京文化研究的真谛。他通过宣南文化研究和北大、清华校史研究的一些问题 ,说明应扩展研究思路 ,从更深入和更广阔的背景入手 ,提高北京文化研究的水平。现将谈话整理成文 ,以飨读者 。Mr. Liu Gui-sheng, the professor of Hsinghua University, has been concerned with the Beijing cultural research. He gave his opinion of the innovation of Beijing cultural research at the invitation of the editorial department of Social Science of Beijing. He stated that the researchers should expand the train of thought by analyzing two historical facts: the interact of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou with the history of some university, the research of cultural space of Xuan Nan.
