摘　　要：主要介绍了遥感、地理信息系统和全球定位系统技术在森林病虫害监测和管理中的优势 ,分析了目前存在的主要问题 ,提出了建立基于 3“S”技术管理系统的迫切性和结构框架 ,还指出了万维网地理信息系统用于病虫害监测与管理的原理和必然趋势。This paper discussed the benefits of monitoring and managing forest insects and diseases through Remote Sensing,Geographic Information System and Global Positioning System.The author analyzed the current main problems and pointed out the emergence and structure frame of building management system based on 3'S'technology.It indicated the principle and essential trend of webGIS available for monitoring and managing forest insects and diseases.
