摘　　要：国际关系是宪法运作的外部环境 ,国际关系的发展成为宪法发展的一个重要因素。考察近代宪法产生以来的国际关系与宪法发展的联系 ,可以明晰世界范围内宪法产生、发展的脉络 。Iternational relations are the external conditions in which constitutions are operating .The development of international relations become a critical factor to the progress of constitutions. Surveying the connections between the international relations since the birth of early modern constitutions and the constitutions advancement, will clarity the veining of constitution's birth and development all over the world. This can also help people seize the latest tendency of future constitutions.
