摘  要:将天麻抗真菌蛋白基因(GastrodiaAntifargalProtein,GAFP)利用花粉管通道法导入彩色棉品种新彩棉1号和新彩棉3号,转化后代经卡那霉素初筛、分子检测、农艺性状选择,培育出16个转基因新品系,对其在人工病圃进行田间黄、枯萎病的抗性鉴定,结果表明:参试的转基因品系中LB5007、ZB5020等5个品系既抗黄萎病又抗枯萎病,为兼抗类型;其余11个品系均为抗黄萎病耐枯萎病类型。The gene of Gastrodia Antifargal Protein (GAFP) was introduced into colored cotton species of No.1 New colored cotton (brown) and No.3 New colored cotton (green) in Xinjiang by using pollen-tube pathway method. Through kanamycin check, PCR-southern blot test and agronomic character identification, 16 new lines of colored cotton which have been integrated GAFP gene were obtained. The resistance identification to Verticillium wilt and to Fusarium wilt in the diseased field nursery proved that: the lines of LB5007, ZB5020 were resistant to both Fusarium wilt and to Verticillium wilt, the others lines were resistant to Fusarium wilt and tolerant to Verticillium wilt.
