摘　　要：文章介绍了标准的含义及分类 ,论述了网络经济时代的一些基本规律以及在这种新经济环境下标准的特殊意义。企业要想获得持久的竞争优势必须建立起自己的核心竞争力 ,技术创新的过程就是核心竞争力培养和建立的过程。而当今技术竞争趋于标准竞争 。After introduction of standard and its classification, this article discussed some basic laws of network economy times and the special significance of the standard under this new economy environment. In order to achieve the sustainable competition advantage, an enterprise should establish its own core competence, which is closely correlated with technological initiatives. Based on the fact that the technological competition is tending to standards' one, we conclude that the standard is the important resource of enterprise's core competence.
