摘　　要：通过深入分析国外先进装备制造业融资模式及我国装备制造业现状和存在的问题,找出影响我国装备制造业融资的主要原因,并在此基础上,结合我国国情,借鉴国外的先进方法利用模糊评价矩阵提出我国装备制造业融资模式,以期对我国的装备制造业融资起到一定的借鉴作用.This paper thoroughly analyzed the financing patterns of the advanced equipemnt manufacturing industry in foreign countries and discussed the current situation and existing problems in this industry in China. The key reason impacting on Chian's equipment manufacturing industry is also confirmed in this paper, and based on which, integrat with the situation in China, the financing patterns of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry are to be worked out by learning advanced approaches from other countries and applying blur appraisal matrix in expectation to serve as a help for the financing of this industry.
