痛风宁颗粒对高嘌呤物质致小鼠一过性高尿酸血症的作用

摘　　要：观察痛风宁颗粒对注射次黄嘌呤造成小鼠一过性高尿酸血症的影响。在预先给予痛风宁高低剂量、别嘌呤醇、丙磺舒、小苏打等药 3 d后 ,按 1 0 0 0 mg/kg体重的剂量腹腔内注射次黄嘌呤造成小鼠高尿酸血症模型。结果显示 :在造模后 1、2 h,模型组的血尿酸值显著高于空白组 ,而各用药组则显著低于模型组 ,其中痛风宁高、低剂量组及别嘌呤醇组显著低于丙磺舒组与小苏打组 ;造模后 3 .5 h,模型组血尿酸仍显著升高 ,而痛风宁2组及别嘌呤醇组均与空白组无显著差异。To compare and observe the effection of Tongfengnin granule to injecting hypoxanthine resulting in transient hyperuricemia in little mouse,after three days for taking more on less dose allopurinol Binghuangshu,saleratus etc,injecting hypoxanthine in the abdominal cavity according to weight for 1000mg/kg to make the model of hyperuricemia for little mouse.The changes of blood uric acid for 1h,2h,3.5h after making the model for each group showed:blood uric acid of the model group for 1h,2h after making model was higher than the blank group obviously,but each group taking medicine was lower than the model group obviously,what′s more,the groups of Tongfengnin more on less dose were lower than the group of binghuangshu and saleratus;the blood uric acid still increased obviously for the model group 3.5h after making the modelg roup.It indicated that Tongfengnin could prevent transient hyperuricemia for mouse due to injecting hypoxanthine for more dose in the abdominal cavity.
