摘 要:以水为提取剂 ,研究了微波辅助提取黄芪多糖的工艺 ,得到了微波辅助提取黄芪多糖的最佳工艺条件 :液料质量比为 12∶1;用饱和石灰水调节pH =9;微波功率 30 0 W时提取 2次 ,每次提取 10 min .提取液真空浓缩后 ,加入乙醇使多糖沉淀 ,过滤 ,沉淀用乙醇洗涤多次 ,真空干燥后即得黄芪粗多糖 ,产率为 14 .6 % ,纯度为 88.1% .与直接加热提取法相比 ,微波辅助提取能缩短提取时间 ,降低提取剂用量 。The microwave-assisted extraction technology for astragalus polysaccharide was studied, with water as the extraction solvent. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: the ratio of water to the material, 12∶1; pH value, 9, regulated by saturated limewater; two doses of microwave radiation (300W) for 10min. Precipitate was obtained after the extracted liquor was concentrated in vacuum and blended with ethanol. The crude product of astragalus polysaccharide with the yield of 14.6% and the purity of 88.1% was then obtained after the precipitate was washed with ethanol for several times and dried in vacuum. It is found that, compared with the direct-heating extraction, the microwave-assisted extraction can shorten the extraction duration, reduce the consumption of the solvent and improve the yield of astragalus polysaccharide.
