摘  要:以水为提取剂 ,研究了微波辅助提取黄芪多糖的工艺 ,得到了微波辅助提取黄芪多糖的最佳工艺条件 :液料质量比为 12∶1;用饱和石灰水调节pH =9;微波功率 30 0 W时提取 2次 ,每次提取 10 min .提取液真空浓缩后 ,加入乙醇使多糖沉淀 ,过滤 ,沉淀用乙醇洗涤多次 ,真空干燥后即得黄芪粗多糖 ,产率为 14 .6 % ,纯度为 88.1% .与直接加热提取法相比 ,微波辅助提取能缩短提取时间 ,降低提取剂用量 。The microwave-assisted extraction technology for astragalus polysaccharide was studied, with water as the extraction solvent. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: the ratio of water to the material, 12∶1; pH value, 9, regulated by saturated limewater; two doses of microwave radiation (300W) for 10min. Precipitate was obtained after the extracted liquor was concentrated in vacuum and blended with ethanol. The crude product of astragalus polysaccharide with the yield of 14.6% and the purity of 88.1% was then obtained after the precipitate was washed with ethanol for several times and dried in vacuum. It is found that, compared with the direct-heating extraction, the microwave-assisted extraction can shorten the extraction duration, reduce the consumption of the solvent and improve the yield of astragalus polysaccharide.
