摘　　要：根据技术开发类研究机构转制改革与发展现状,分析了转制科研机构管理的新特点,提出了基于科技经营的管理模式 及基本特征。Based on the system reform and development of science research institute, this essay analyzes the new characteristic of science research institute in the period of system transfer and figures out a mode and fundamental features of enterprise administration in terms of science and technology management.
