摘　　要：研究了在盐酸羟胺存在下meso -四 (对磺基苯 )卟啉 [简称TPPS4 ]与铅络合反应条件 ,络合物的最大吸收波长为 465nm ,组成摩尔比为 1∶1,铅含量在 0～ 11ug/10mL范围内有较好的线性关系 ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.8× 10 5L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,用于水样中铅的测定 ,结果令人满意 .This paper describes a color reaction of Pb(Ⅱ) with TPPS 4 in the presence of hydroxylamine .A highly sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method for the determination of Pb(Ⅱ) has been developed.The Soret band of the complex lies at 465nm,Beer's law is obeyed for lead in the range of 0～11ug/10mL. The molar ratio of complex is 1:1,apparent molar absorptivity is 1.8×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . This method has been applied to determine lead in water samples with satisfactory results.
