SUNDOM-300 I型半导体激光治疗机治疗肩关节周围炎90例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　总结SUNDOM - 30 0I型半导体激光治疗机对肩关节周围炎的疗效。方法　取风池、风府、风门穴 ,功率 90 0mW ,肩井、肩三贞、肩外俞、曲池穴功率 4 0 0～ 4 5 0mW ,时间 6～ 1 0min ,1次 /d ,1 0次为 1个疗程 ,并设对照组。结果　治疗组 90例中 ,痊愈 73例 ,显效 1 0例 ,好转 5例 ,无效 2例 ;对照组 78例中 ,治愈38例 ,显效 1 8例 ,好转 1 3例 ,无效 9例。 2组治愈率分别 81 1 %和 4 8 7%。结论　半导体激光治疗机操作简单 。Objective To summarize the curative effect of shoulder periarthritis treated with laser machine of SUNDOM-300 I. Methods The power of machine was used 90 mw at Fengchi, Fengfu and 400～450 mw at Jianjing, Jiansanfeng for 6～10 min/d with 10 as a course. The control group was observed. Results 73 of 90 were healed, 10 cases were excellent effect, 5 cases were good effect and 2 cases were no effect in therapy group. 38 of 78 were healed, 18 cases were excellent effect, 13 cases were good effect and 9 cases were no effect in therapy group. The curative effect rate were 81.1% and 48.7%. Conclusion The laser machine could treat the shoulder periarthritis effectively with simple operation.
