摘　　要：研究了电刷镀Al2 O3 Ni P工艺 ,考察了相关因素对复合刷镀层中Al2 O3 微粒的含量和镀层沉积速度的影响 ,通过金相显微镜观察了复合刷镀层的表面形貌。结果表明 :使用合适的工艺 ,可以获得良好的Al2 O3 NiThe brush plating process for depositing Al 2O 3 Ni P composite coating is studied. The effects of the related factors on the content of Al 2O 3 particles in the composite coating and the deposition rate are investigated. The surface morphology of the composite coating is observed with metalloscope. The experimental results show that a good Al 2O 3 Ni P composite coating can be obtained by a proper brush plating process.
