摘　　要：本文较全面地论述了电视监测的含义、内容,并按监测的目的,对监测系统进行了分类。同时还较详细地阐述了技术细节,并指出了监测技术的自动化和智能化是监测技术发展的不变主题。In recent years, the radio and TV system attached great importance to thesafe transmission of the signal and related monitoring technologies are emerging inan endless stream. There is collected a series of unique articles, which make adeeper approach to such aspects as an intelligent and automatic production andtransmission channel of TV programs, construction of a province- and city-level radioand TV automatic monitoring network system, monitoring items, methods andapparatus allocation for DTV platform, all-digital mobile monitoring system andmonitoring data handling.
